Pursuant to the Maryland Public Information Act, Howard County News and Opinion (HCNO) blog is requesting access to and copies of records related to Request for Proposal No. 025.20B5 and the resulting agreement(s) with BusPatrol America LLC.
Specifically, HCNO requests the following:

The executed contract or agreement(s) with BusPatrol America LLC, including Agreement PA-006-2022
All amendments, modifications, and extensions to the agreement, including but not limited to the “First Amendment to Agreement PA-006-2022”
All pricing schedules, fee structures, revenue-sharing terms, and compensation provisions associated with the agreement
Any documents describing how citation revenue is allocated between the school system, vendors, and any other entities
Any evaluation documents, scoring sheets, or award justifications related to the selection of BusPatrol America LLC
Any reports, summaries, or data reflecting the number of citations issued and total revenue generated under the program
