Responsive to this request, in regard to number four of your request, no fiscal assessments/analysis records were used to support the transportation changes. Additionally, responsive to number eight of your request, Transportation indicates 25 Bellows Spring Elementary students lost transportation eligibility as a result of the transportation changes outlined in the March 19, 2025, memo above. HCPSS Transportation staff also indicate beyond the records provided above, staff knowledge of the area is used to determine student transportation eligibility. In response to number nine of your request, no policy/guidance records exist in relation to enforcement of assigned bus stops beyond Policy 5200. Additional time would be needed to identify and review responsive communications.
