This includes the total number of requests received to date for the 2026-2027 school year as well as indication of approval or denial. For reference, unless those in column C are listed as (denial), a date entry means the waiver was approved and blank entries mean a determination has not yet been made. Please note, information on the type of waiver and whether a student is receiving special education services is self-reported by parents upon submission of a waiver request. No record cross-references the number of waiver request submissions by known IEP status of the child or recommendations for placement in a regional program.
