Responsive to this request, please find attached a field replacement chart which HCPSS Facilities Management contributes to annually for high school turf fields. As these fields are purchased by the Howard County Department of Parks and Recreation, additional records regarding the resurfacing project would need to be reviewed by the County for release under the MPIA. Their email to submit an MPIA request is piarecords@howardcountymd.gov.
