1. The complete, original Certificates of Insurance (COI) verifying general liability, commercial auto, and umbrella coverage limits for active contract CTR024192 / 058.25.B3 (HCPSS Electrical Contractor Services) held by The Eastern Sales & Engineering Co.
2. The formal Performance Bonds and Payment Bonds executed by the corporate Surety for the contract listed above, as required under Maryland procurement guidelines.
