To Whom It May Concern,
Under the Maryland Public Information Act, Title 4, I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records pertaining to Howard County Public School System (HCPSS) RFP #006.27. B8, Non-Medical Personal-Care Temporary Staff. Specifically, I am requesting records sufficient to determine whether the services contemplated under RFP #006.27.B8 represent a new procurement or have previously been solicited and awarded by HCPSS. If these services have been procured previously, please provide:
Copies of any prior solicitations (RFPs, IFBs, RFQs, or similar procurement documents) for Non-Medical Personal-Care Temporary Staff services or substantially similar services. Copies of any current or most recent contracts for these services, including bill rates, pricing information, and contract terms. Records identifying awarded vendor(s), award dates, contract start and end dates, and any renewal or extension periods.
Information identifying the incumbent contractor(s) currently providing these services.
