Pursuant to the Maryland Public Information Act, Md. Code, General Provisions ยง4-101 et seq., I am requesting copies of the following public records of the Howard County Public School System:
1. The current agreement(s) between the school system and Brightly Software, Inc. (now Siemens; formerly Dude Solutions, Inc.) for maintenance management, work order, or facilities asset management software, including any product referred to as "Asset Essentials," "SchoolDude," or similar.
2. All amendments, renewals, extensions, or addenda to those agreements, including any renewal executed or approved in 2025 or 2026.
3. The most recent purchase order(s), quote(s), or invoice(s) reflecting the current annual cost of these services.
4. Any documentation identifying the contract term, expiration date, and renewal options.
