I request electronic records for school years 2021–22 through 2025–26 concerning BSAP Summer Institutes, Saturday Math Academy, and BSAP Community-Based Learning Centers, including:
1. Application, acceptance, waitlist, enrollment, attendance, and completion counts, disaggregated by race/ethnicity, grade, home school, gender, and economic-disadvantage status, using aggregate data and appropriate privacy suppression.
2. Eligibility, admission, priority-enrollment, selection, lottery, and waitlist policies or procedures.
3. Recruitment and promotional materials and records identifying the schools, populations, and communication channels through which opportunities were advertised.
4. Program evaluations, outcome reports, and analyses addressing participant demographics, academic performance, program effectiveness, or alignment with BSAP’s stated target population.
