Under the Maryland Public Information Act, I request copies of the following records about replacing the synthetic turf at Reservoir High School (11550 Scaggsville Road, Fulton, MD) in summer 2026, including work done June 15 to Aug 1, 2026:
1. Any contract, purchase order, work order or agreement for the project, including any agreement with Howard County Recreation & Parks or FieldTurf USA Inc.
2. The parts of the contract, scope of work, specifications, or the agreement with Recreation & Parks that say who is responsible for removing, hauling, disposing of, recycling or cleaning up the old turf and infill. This includes anything requiring proof of proper disposal or recycling.
3. The names of all contractors, subcontractors and trucking companies who worked on site, including anyone who removed or hauled away the old turf.
4. Any records showing where the old turf went, such as hauling tickets, disposal or recycling receipts, or certificates of recycling.
5. Site access logs, visitor sign-in sheets, or permits for contractor vehicles at Reservoir High School from June 15 to Aug 1, 2026.
6. Emails or letters between HCPSS staff (including Grounds, Facilities and Athletics) and Recreation & Parks or any contractor about the project, from April 1, 2026 to now.
7. Any emails, letters, meeting notes or internal messages, from April 1, 2026 to now, that discuss who would be responsible for disposal or cleanup of the old turf, or where it would be taken.
8. The same records for Marriotts Ridge High School's turf replacement in summer 2026.
