I am requesting copies of previously drafted or published job descriptions for the position of teacher and paraprofessional. As a former member of the Howard County Board of Education, I am aware these exist as I was part of the governing body which helped to create them and approve the descriptions.
I am requesting the drafts and final published documents from 2013-2018. If these no longer exist, I am requesting minutes and all correspondence documenting the decisions to eliminate them. This includes emails, written notes of BOE members, superintendent, executive staff, chief negotiators, HCEA representatives, and any staff member involved with this process.

Responsive to this request, please find attached the current job descriptions in use for both teacher and paraprofessional positions within HCPSS. Based on current staff’s understanding of these records, they are also the job descriptions that would have been in place for these positions during the 2013-2018 timeframe as well.
