Responsive to this request, Human Resources staff provided the following data for the past two school years:

Conditionally Certified Special Educators
SY21-22: 48
SY22-23: 79

Please note, the above reflects all grades prekindergarten through 12, and those in a special education position that held a conditional certificate at any point during that school year. HCPSS has made substantial efforts to ensure the accuracy of this information; however, data collection and reporting is consistently subject to change.
