Howard County CLP for Striving Readers Grant
Please note, this plan was recently drafted as part of an application for the Striving Readers Comprehensive Literacy Grant yet to be awarded by the Maryland State Department of Education. As such, there is no "previous" plan that directly correlates to this plan and it is subject to change based on the outcome of the grant, however staff indicates it is based on the information found in the existing HCPSS Pre-K - 12 Language Arts Strategic Plan, previously referenced under MPIA 2018-342 and found on Board Docs at: https://www.boarddocs.com/mabe/hcpssmd/Board.nsf/files/AFLJFD4CDFF1/$file/11%2017%202016%20Vision%20for%20Prek-12%20Language%20Arts%20BR.pdf.
