CB 1-2018 Adequate Public Facilities Act legislation

As passed earlier this year by the Howard County Council which defines the capacity utilization for APFO tests. Please note, a new capacity utilization takes effect in January 2019.

CR 83-2018 School Capacity Charts

As approved by the Howard County Council on July 27, 2018. Capacity Utilization Rate parameters are noted at the top of each chart. The Office of School Planning indicates capacity utilization is calculated in this chart as follows: Capacity Utilization = SY Projection/ SY Capacity.
