Information required for each accident are 1)Date; 2) School Bus Number; 3) School that the bus was servicing; and 4) number of injuries.
Responsive to this request, and per clarification to limit this review and release of records to 2017-2018, we have pulled the 101 original accident report forms from this timeframe which are available via disk due to the volume of content. Please note, these reports will not reflect actual injuries as they are a collection of information as self-reported by bus drivers at the time of each incident. In order to limit time involved in reviewing these records for release, we have uniformly redacted all information on the accident report, leaving only the requested information fields. Of the fields requested, under MPIA GP ยง 4-329(b) which prohibits the release of medical information of an individual, we have redacted personal self-reported injuries of the bus drivers.
