HCPSS MPIA Request #2018-063
Requested Information
To determine the amount of feedback from the community and the consideration given by the AAC, I am requesting the AAC or OSP staff provide a complete Summary of Citizen plans as of 8/22. Please also provide the complete list of all unique proposed polygon moves (including all individual variations) received from the community through the AAC surveys/emails and the complete list of "scenarios" that the committee discussed during the AAC meetings. For each items on the three lists, please indicate if the AAC has 1) reviewed the feedback, 2) ran "Whiffer" on the feedback, 3) accepted/rejected in the final AAC plan and 4) decision was made during the public AAC meetings or not.
Response Notes
Please note, all of the resources found on the links above are presented to the AAC members who then decide how to use in their development of scenarios and the final draft plan. There are no responsive records that answer your questions regarding which recommendations/feedback were specifically used/accepted/decided on by the AAC. Under the MPIA process, and as advised in the Fourteenth Edition of the Maryland Public Information Act Manual created by Maryland’s Office of the Attorney General, an agency is only obligated to produce existing records and is not required to answer questions that would “create records to satisfy a PIA request.”
Responsive Documents
