Please provide the number of students for each high school who were accepted into specific colleges/universities in the past 5 years. This can be an excel file with tabs for each high school. Each school tab can have the list of universities and number of students who were accepted into those universities.

This report looks at HCPSS data through the National Student Clearinghouse, breaking down information by school about the types of colleges (or otherwise) attended upon graduation (see appendix B specifically) and have the top 20 colleges attended system-wide on page 30, as well as various other stats about graduates.
