I would like the name of the consulting firm used by Dr Martirano (as described in his Oct 3 report to the BOE) to advise him on redistricting, a detailed description of the work that was requested of them, a complete report of their recommendations to include any and all reports they generated, and the cost for the job they performed.

Response Notes

At the time of this response, the School Planning Office has not received an invoice for the work performed and therefore do not have documentation of the cost outside the contractual agreements supplied under MPIA 2018-156.

Please note, Cooperative Strategies advised Dr. Martirano/HCPSS on validation of data used in redistricting, not proposals for redistricting plans.
