Responsive to this request, HCPSS does not have testimony from the February 1, 2018 Town Hall event. As this was hosted by the Howard County Council, they would be the custodian of any records, including minutes of the meeting found on the Council's website: https://cc.howardcountymd.gov/Portals/0/Minutes%20-%20Comm%20Mtg%20HS13%202018-02-01.pdf.
