Responsive to this request, reading intervention programs used by HCPSS can be found under MPIA 2018-233. Really Great Reading, Wilson, System 44 and Fundations, while not designed specifically for children who have been diagnosed with dyslexia, offer a structured systematic multi-sensory approach which contains the components of Structured Literacy as identified by the International Dyslexia Association. For reference, research and guidance documents used by HCPSS related to reading intervention and the identification of specific learning disabilities can be found under our response to MPIA 2018-342.
