Under MPIA GP ยง 4-311, which prevents disclosure of personnel records of an individual, employee identification numbers have been redacted. Please note, the HCPSS Vision Program indicates this is an annual purchase from Learning Ally to obtain audio textbooks for students with visual impairments.
