I request a copy of any report that HCPSS is in possession of forwarded or sent to the Howard County Public School System by the Howard County Office of Human Rights between May 2, 2017 and August 3, 2018.
Should this/these report(s) be considered confidential or unavailable, I request a copy of any document or correspondence acknowledging the receipt of said report.
I also request a copy of any emails from "Cheryl Brower" at the Howard County Office of Human Rights to members of the Howard County Board of Education, Superintendent Michael Martirano, or Counsel Mark Blom.

Responsive to this request, while no records exist acknowledging the receipt of reports from the Howard County Office of Human Rights, HCPSS has received three such reports during the timeframe requested. Under MPIA GP § 4-311, which prevents disclosure of personnel records of an individual, including records related to the hiring, discipline, promotion, dismissal or any other matter involving an employee’s status, we are denying release of each report. No clarification received to continue remaining request.
