Would like to request communications between lobbyist Barbara Zektick and Board of Ed members and/or the superintendent's office. Additionally, I request any records of meetings with Ms. Zetick. I would like to make the same two requests in regards to Families for Education Improvement (FEI). Finally, please share any other communications between members or the superintendents office regarding lobbying efforts by Ms. Zetick or communications about FEI

Per clarification provided via email October 10, 2019, the attached records resulted from searches of mailboxes for Board of Education members, Dr. Martirano and staff identified in the redistricting process on behalf of HCPSS with participants equaling the names “Barbara Zektick” “Barbara Zetick” “FEI” or “Families for Education Improvement” along with the date range of August 1, 2019, through the date of this request, as well as using these same names as keywords within the above mentioned mailboxes where content either indicated it was from a representative/member of this group or the communication about these groups was between Board members, Dr. Martirano or staff identified in the redistricting process on behalf of HCPSS. Under MPIA GP § 4-330, we have redacted sociological information where it contains personal phone numbers or addresses and/or has the potential to pose a risk to individual safety or privacy.
