I would like to request a report showing the salaries of all employees in HCPSS including stipends, overtime, and any other payments that would be reflected on an employees W2.

Responsive to this request, please find attached a record containing payroll information for all employees within positions covered by AFSCME for the past full three fiscal years. Prior years’ data is not contained in the current payroll system. While no specific category of payment reflects “salaries,” “stipends” or “lead-man” we have included totals considered base pay, hourly pay beyond the base (which will include lead-man) and overtime.
