I am requesting a comprehensive listing of all employees in the Howard County Public School System as of 1 February 2020. My format preference is excel e-mailed to me.
The data fields we are requesting are listed below:
Personnel First Name
Personnel Last Name
Work Location Name (ie. District or School Name)
Work Location Full Address (street, city, State and zip code)
Position/job title description (i.e. Supt, Coordinator, Principal, Teacher, Librarian, Custodian etc.)
For each Teacher – ALL the subject(s) and/or ALL the grade(s) teaching (i.e. Biology, Grade 5, Geometry 8th grade)

Responsive to this request, please find attached a report containing the requested information on all budgeted FTE positions for active HCPSS staff as of February 1, 2020. Years of experience can be read as YYM and includes years worked in the most recent permanent position with HCPSS, including prior relevant or credited experience for certificated staff, and prior experience as currently recorded for professional staff. Current obligations to Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) requires experience and education data to be reported for professional staff only (includes certificated staff). Non-Professional staff experience and education may be maintained in other electronic and hard-copy personnel records; therefore, this report may not encompass all such data. Degree information for non-certificated, professional staff may be maintained in other electronic and hard-copy personnel records, and is in the process of being updated. Grades and Subjects for teaching staff are included for staff members whose positions have class schedules.
