In follow up to records request MD 22-008, I would like to request the documents approving the funds to remove the light poles at Oakland Mills Middle school on July 13th and 14th, 2021.

Responsive to this request, and per clarification you were seeking the original contract approval noted in the 2022-008 response from February 28, 2019, that date references the issuance/award date of a standing contract for vendors related to as needed electrical work - the original award can be found in this Bids and Contract report, see PC-45: https://go.boarddocs.com/mabe/hcpssmd/Board.nsf/files/B9LTSX5D1CD1/$file/02%2028%202019%20Bids%20and%20Contract%20BR.pdf.

In a follow-up request you indicated you were seeking when the lights stopped working and documentation that first identified it as in need for removal. Staff has located no existing records beyond those provided under MPIA 2022-008.
