Responsive to this request, outside the vendor payment database provided below, for reference, our purchasing/RFP process can be found online at: https://purchasing.hcpss.org/about, with contracts over $25,000 approved publically by our Board of Education at meetings under Bids and Contract reports, which can be searched by meeting date or keyword here: https://go.boarddocs.com/mabe/hcpssmd/Board.nsf/Public#. Under a prior MPIA response we indicated the school system does not have a contract-specific database, but provided a report of purchase order entries from our Accounting system since FY17: https://mpia.hcpss.org/requests/2020-420.

HCPSS Purchase Orders for Akoben, LLC – per clarification you were seeking such records since 2015, this includes issued purchase orders within our Accounting system since FY2015 where the vendor was Akoben, LLC or Abdul-Malik Muhammad doing business as this company. Under MPIA GP § 4-311, which prevents disclosure of personnel records of an individual, employee identification numbers have been redacted.
An online database with summary information on payments made to vendors that received $25,000 or more for the respective fiscal year.
An additional record located by Department of Special Education staff in their search for agreements/description of services that go along with the Purchase Orders above for 2019-2020.
