I am sending an official request for public information regarding special education services in the following areas:
1. Range of hourly and daily pay (whichever is applicable) for Speech Language Pathologists for all contracting companies hired by HCPSS. Additionally if allowable by law please list all the names of the companies and their rates paid by HCPSS.
2. Range of hourly and daily pay (whichever is applicable) for Special Education Teachers for all contracting companies hired by HCPSS. Additionally if allowable by law please list all the names of the companies and their rates paid by HCPSS.
3. Range of hourly and daily pay (whichever is applicable) for Social Workers for all contracting companies hired by HCPSS. Additionally if allowable by law please list all the names of the companies and their rates paid by HCPSS.
4. Range of hourly and daily pay (whichever is applicable) for Physical Therapists for all contracting companies hired by HCPSS. Additionally if allowable by law please list all the names of the companies and their rates paid by HCPSS.

Please note, our Special Education Division indicates Pediatric Developmental Services (your company) is the only company with-which HCPSS has contracted for use of Special Education Teachers. Additionally, HCPSS has no contracts for Physical Therapist Assistants or Occupational Therapy Assistants.

See PC-29 - This contract award from December 16, 2021, includes hourly rate schedules as originally contracted for services which may be provided by Social Workers, however no rates are specific to a Social Worker. Please note, charges for these services are made through direct insurance claims and/or Medicaid funds, with any costs for those uninsured paid under existing grant funds as noted in the above report. Additionally, please note these services extend beyond special education.
