Pursuant to the Public Information Act, this is a request for a copy of the following records: An electronic copy of any and all employees for year of 2016, (fiscal or calendar year). Each employee record should contain the employer name, employer zip code, year of compensation, first name, middle initial, last name, hire date (mm-dd-yyyy), base salary amount, bonus amount, overtime amount, gross annual wages and position title. This data should be broken down by employer, employee and year.

Annual Staff Data Verification School Year 2016-2017 – requested data from the most recent report available as provided to the Maryland State Department of Education for the period October 16, 2015, through October 15, 2016. This includes name, employment hire date (yyyy-mm), position by MDSE designated codes, and base salary for all employees (not including temporary or substitute) of the Howard County Public School System (with a central zip code of 21042) who were active at any point during the time period indicated in the report. Please note, if an employee left during that time this report reflects a zero.
Gross and Overtime – requested data as compiled by our Payroll Office to mirror the October 2015 through October 2016 timeframe available in the report provided above. This includes overtime amounts and gross income for any payments made by HCPSS to an individual during the time period indicated in the report. No bonus category is designated in our payroll system.
