Award/recognition documents containing the names of winners for 2008, 2009, 2011 (although no high school counselor was selected in 2011), 2015, 2016, and 2017. No such recognition was given in 2013 or 2014, and the School Counseling Office was unable to locate any documents indicating the winners for 2010 and 2012. Please note, Counselor of the Year is a recognition given by the Howard County Association of Counseling and Development.
