I am seeking documents to ensure the meeting is in compliance with the Maryland Open Meetings Act, including an announcement prior to the meeting advising the public of where they could observe the meeting, an agenda of the meeting, and minutes from the meeting.
On the surface, the diversity of the advisory board seems less diverse than the Howard County community. How did the board of education members and Dr. Martirano plan for the composition of the group?
