Requested Information
I request all documents regarding the following:

(1) Staff and administrator reporting requirements for incidents of sexual abuse and/or statutory rape of students which occur on school property or on a district-contracted school bus. Please include the expected time-frame for administrators and staff to report these incidents.

(2) Any and all HCPSS policy documents regarding disciplinary actions to be taken against staff or administrators who fail to follow the reporting requirements in (1) for incidents of sexual abuse and/or statutory rape of students on school property or on a district-contracted school bus.

(3) Any and all HCPSS policy documents regarding disciplinary actions to be taken against staff or administrators who attempt to cover up a failure to follow the reporting requirements in (1) for incidents of sexual abuse and/or statutory rape of students on school property or on a district-contracted school bus.
