I wish to inspect all records in your custody and control pertaining to the following:
1. Records identifying health and/or physiology textbooks adopted and/or approved for use in Howard County Public Schools, grades 1 through 12 for each year between 1940 and 1975;
2. Records identifying health and/or physiology textbooks, grades 1 through 12, recommended for use by the Howard County school superintendent for each year between 1940 and 1975; and
3. All curriculum guides, guidelines, and/or courses of study for all health and/or physiology classes in Howard County Public Schools, grades 1 through 12, for each year between 1940 and 1975.

Responsive to this request, the only existing documents which may contain responsive records have been identified as Board of Education of Howard County minutes. Between 1940 and 1975 these records include decisions by the Board which may reference curriculum development and related textbook purchases.
