This is a request under the Maryland Public Information Act, General Provisions Article, Section 4-101, et seq. We wish to obtain and/or review the following records in the Howard County Public School System's ("HCPSS") custody and control relating to Elementary School #42:

5. Copies of any outstanding claims, backcharges, or disputes between HCPSS and G.E. Tignall & Co., Inc.
6. Copies of any documents or correspondence regarding any claims, backcharges, or disputes between G.E. Tignall & Co., Inc. and Fire-Mak, Inc.
