Per clarification to narrow the scope to “his interactions with members of the BOE and the Superintendent” since his participation on the Attendance Area Committee in October 2018, please find attached responsive correspondence located through searches using Larry Walker as a participant within mailboxes, text messages and letters for Dr. Martirano and the Board of Education between October 1, 2018, and the date of this request (which we have interpreted for emails to mean anywhere the name Larry Walker appears in a To, From or CC field in a mailbox belonging to Dr. Martirano or a Board of Education member). Please note, the responsive text message containing the participant name Larry Walker was provided by Board Member Jennifer Mallo. Under MPIA GP § 4-330, we have redacted sociological information where it contains personal phone numbers or addresses and/or has the potential to pose a risk to individual safety or privacy.
