Pursuant to the Public Information Act, this is a request for a copy of the following records: An electronic copy of any and all employees for year of 2019, (fiscal or calendar year). Each employee record should contain the employer name, employer zip code, year of compensation, first name, middle initial, last name, hire date (mm-dd-yyyy), base salary amount, bonus amount, overtime amount, gross annual wages and position title. This data should be broken down by employer, employee and year.

Responsive to this request, previous records provided under MPIA 2020-142 (as of October 2019) for those employed during the current school year contain name, title, years of experience, salary and location of employment for the entire school system for the most recent school year.

The attached document, compiled by our Payroll Office, contains gross and overtime amounts for payments made by HCPSS to an individual during the 2019 calendar year to align with the timeframe of the current school year data above. Please note, no bonus category is paid by HCPSS.
