Pursuant to the Maryland Public Information Act (Md. Code, General Provisions ยง4-101 et seq.), I am requesting copies of bid tabulation records for construction-related solicitations issued by Howard County Public School System for the period January 2022 through December 2025. Specifically, I am requesting records showing: (1) solicitation/project name and number; (2) names of all bidders; (3) bid amounts submitted by each bidder; and (4) name of the awarded contractor and award amount. I am requesting these records in electronic format (Excel, CSV, or PDF) if available. Please let me know if you anticipate any fees associated with this request. I am happy to discuss the scope if needed to facilitate a timely response.
