Pursuant to the Maryland Public Information Act (Md. Code Ann., General Provisions ยง 4-101 et seq.),
The data branch respectfully requests access to and copies of public records from Howard County Public School System related to the following solicitation:
Title: College and Career Readiness Tool (RFP)
Due Date: April 7, 2026
Specifically, requesting:
The final executed contract(s) with the awarded vendor(s) for the College and Career Readiness (CCR) platform, including all exhibits, pricing terms, and fee structures.
Any prior or predecessor contracts for CCR platforms in use before the current award (if applicable).
Any amendments, addenda, renewals, extensions, or option-year documentation associated with these contracts.
All proposals submitted in response to the RFP, including both winning and non-winning bidders.
Evaluation materials, including score sheets, rankings, evaluator notes, and selection summaries.
Any documentation explaining or justifying the award decision, including award memoranda or recommendation reports.
Any purchase orders, invoices, or payment records associated with the CCR platform(s).
If this request has been directed to the wrong agency or department, please advise or forward it to the appropriate custodian.
