Can you please provide me with the list of employees hired in FY22 as Interim Student Support Staff that were then moved to Student Assistants that same year. Also, can you please provide at least one of the letters sent to these employees by HCPSS about the change in the position. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thanks.

Responsive to this request, and per clarification on the timeframe, please find attached a list of those employees who held the position of Student Assistant after February 2023 and previously held the position of Interim Student Support Staff prior to that time. Under MPIA GP § 4-311, which prevents disclosure of personnel records of an individual, we are unable to release letters from an employee file. Furthermore, the MPIA Manual indicates that “no amount of redaction will enable an agency to comply with a request for personnel records of a specific State employee because, even if ‘identifying information’ is redacted, the documents provided would still constitute the personnel records of the individual who is the subject of the request.”
