Pursuant to the Maryland Public Information Act (General Provisions Article, Title 4), I respectfully request access to and copies of all existing public records related to the planning, design, approval, construction, operation, management, monitoring, maintenance, funding, financial responsibility, and communications concerning the shared septic system serving or proposed to serve Glenelg High School and/or the Musgrove Farm development.
This request includes all records created, received, transmitted, maintained, or possessed by the Howard County Board of Education, Howard County Public School System, Board members, officers, employees, consultants, contractors, engineers, attorneys, or any third party acting on behalf of the Board or HCPSS.
