In accordance with the Maryland Public Information Act, I am kindly requesting the name of
the attorney as well as all signatories from Howard County Public School System (HCPSS) who
signed the 2022-2023 school year Dual Enrollment Jump Start Program's Memorandum of
Understanding between Howard Community College (HCC) and HCPSS. I do have a copy of the
contract, but what I don't have are(is) the name(s) of the attorney(s) from HCPSS who signed the
contract.

Responsive to this request, the MOU found under this prior MPIA response: https://mpia.hcpss.org/requests/2024-046 includes signatures (on page 18 of the pdf) for both Dr. Michael J. Martirano and Mr. J. Stephen Cowles for the school system.
