Pursuant to the Maryland Public Information Act, I am requesting electronic copies of records related to Contract No. CTR023846 / 064.25.B6 – Employee Assistance Program between Howard County Public Schools and ComPsych Corporation.
Specifically, I am requesting:

* Any amendments, renewals, or extensions currently in effect
* Any applicable pricing schedules, scopes of work, exhibits, or attachments incorporated into the contract
The contract is identified as having an effective date of June 30, 2025, an expiration date of June 29, 2028, and a contract amount of $240,000.
If no contract agreement exists and a purchase order or vendor quote serves in lieu of a contract, please provide that document only if it formally stands in lieu of the contract.
