Pursuant to the Maryland Public Information Act, I am requesting electronic copies of public records relating to Howard County Public School System's RFP #079.26.B7 – College and Career Readiness Tool, for which proposals were due April 7, 2026.
Specifically, I would like to request the following:
All proposals submitted in response to RFP College and Career Readiness Tool
BID #079.26.B7, including proposals from both successful and unsuccessful vendors, along with their pricing submissions and supporting attachments.
Proposal evaluation records, including evaluation criteria, scoring sheets, evaluator comments, rankings, and final evaluation summaries.
Award documentation, including award recommendations, selection memoranda, notices of intent to award, and final award decisions.
Contract documentation, including any executed agreements with the selected vendor(s), pricing schedules, and associated exhibits or amendments.
A list of all vendors that submitted proposals in response to this solicitation.
