Requested Information
I request, under public records laws, a digital copy of your contracts database showing payments to companies and independent contractors.
This would include, among any other fields which are readily accessible and not barred from release,
*Vendor name
*Vendor FEIN
*Any other Vendor ID numbers (such as DUNS)
*Contract ID number
*Payment amount or contract value
*Date
*Description/purpose
*Whether it was sole-source or competed and number of bidders, if available
The time period for the request is 2010 to the present. However, in the interest of expediting processing, if older records are considerably more difficult to retrieve because of a change in systems, all records available in the current system are acceptable as long as that goes back to at least 2015. If you have changed systems but the older data is still reasonably accessible, I would like it, and I understand that it may have a different field layout.
