If there are no dues or fees withheld from public employees, please provide the number of employees who are union members.

Responsive to this request, please find attached counts of HCPSS staff who paid fees or membership dues by bargaining unit as available per payroll deduction dates for May and June 2020 indicated in the chart. Please note, membership and these deductions are voluntary at the discretion of the employee.
