Bolton would like to request the following information regarding RFP #017.21.B1 Benefits Consultant Services:
1. Price: How was our price determined and then compared to others? In other words, how did you take the components of our pricing, average them and then compare a total amount to others? How was our total pricing then scored, and how did it compare in terms of “Points” to others?
2. Evaluation Committee: who was on the committee (name, title)? Did each evaluator’s scoring count the same as others?
3. Evaluation Criteria: can you share the individual scoring documents and any related notes from each person on the evaluation committee, as well as the overall/aggregate scoring results (cost, technical, experience, references, and etc.)?
