Requested Information
This is a request under the Maryland Public Information Act, Title 4 of the General Provisions of the Maryland Code.
I am requesting the following, preferably in electronic format:
1. any document listing the policy related to retrieving text messages in order to respond to a PIA request. I was denied text messages in the past and I would like to know how HCPSS is now able to provide text messages to requesters.
2. any document listing the responses to requesters for which they received text messages. Specifically, if the MPIA officer has a log of requests, I would like a copy of any that indicate that text messages were submitted to requesters and the date they were submitted.
3. any historical document stating text messages were not to be provided in response to MPIA requests.
