Responsive to this request, curriculum is the prescribed elements of programs and courses which state clearly and specifically what students are expected to know and be able to do as outlined in the indicators and objectives below. Regarding the portion of your request seeking a list of resources used to create the curriculum, no such list exists. Under the MPIA process, and as advised in the Seventeenth Edition of the Maryland Public Information Act Manual created by Maryland’s Office of the Attorney General, an agency is only obligated to produce existing records. For reference, HCPSS currently uses its own in-house personnel to develop much of the curriculum content.
