Responsive to this request, and per discussions to narrow the results to only emails from the Superintendent or Board Members and only to March 2021, we conducted search of the @hcpss email system within the following parameters:
• Date Range
o Between March 1, 2020 and March 31, 2021.
• Mailbox Locations
o Any
• Keywords
o Fauci
• Other Parameters
o Sender = the Superintendent or a Board of Education member (including those prior Board members who served through the end of 2020).
Once completed, a manual review of the email content specifically from the Superintendent or BOE members resulted in one attached responsive email containing the keyword sought. Redactions contained within this record are for non-responsive portions as content to the Board member.
