Responsive to this request, the Technical Proposal, Presentation, Price Proposal, BAFO Price Proposal and a Clarification Response as submitted by Zum Services, Inc. can be made available via disk/mail due to the volume of records.  Under MPIA GP § 4-335, which prevents disclosure of confidential trade secret, commercial or financial records furnished by an outside unit, biographical data (including resumes) on key employees, customer reference information (also under MPIA GP § 4-310), information regarding innovations developed by Zum, proprietary program approaches, internal management principles and techniques including protected business practices and corporate policies, and unique pricing and service offers throughout the documents have been redacted as they have the potential to cause harm to the competitive position of the vendor from whom the information was obtained and/or impair our ability to obtain similar information in the future.
