I am requesting the number of nondisclosure agreements signed by parents/grandparents/guardians for special education related cases by school year since August 2018. I am not requesting any personally identifiable information, just the number of NDAs.

Responsive to this request, no specific nondisclosure agreement (NDA) documents were located for special education related cases. Per clarification you are also seeking to know the number of compliance/dispute resolution agreements containing confidentiality or nondisclosure language, staff indicates this is standard language that would be found in all such agreements. Based on existing tracking of the total number of special education compliance/dispute resolution agreements for the past two school years, staff indicates 26 such agreements were developed and fully executed in SY2021-2022 and 25 in SY2022-2023 to date.
